Confessions of an Untamed Mind Garden
At 35, I was diagnosed with ADHD, it was a moment of reckoning and release that prompted a deep reconciliation with my past and a new understanding of my mind.
This series captures the early stages of that self-discovery. Delicately composited images mixing movement and stillness, with digitally painted marks reflecting the internal rhythm of my mind. The work is visual celebration of the haphazard, perfect imperfection of an unrestrained mind.
